In contrast with the vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Cancun, Cozumel’s atmosphere is more relaxed, cozy and surrounded by certain mysticism. Eclectic architecture (Mayan style fusion, colonial influence and contemporary design). Also known as the diving capital (second largest coral reef) it is of course a mandatory destination for those who want to practice this activity, but also to go in a relaxed vacation as a couple, or with friends, and even families with young children.
